Florida State College at Jacksonville, formerly Florida Community College, serves more than 57,000 annually. In 2013, FSJ was named No. 4 among public four-year institutions nationwide for the most associate degrees awarded. In addition to 45 associate degree selections, FSJ offers 11 bachelor’s degrees. FSCJ describes its online courses as 80-100 percent web-based, while hybrid courses constitute a blend of online delivery—30 to 79 percent—with face-to-face instruction and participation.
