Colleges in Louisville

Louisville is home to a diverse selection of four-year colleges, universities, private and vocational schools, and two-year community colleges. Higher education is highly valued by Louisville employers. Some 21.3 percent of the city’s residents over the age of 25 hold at least a bachelor’s degree, with many locals returning to college for a post-graduate degree or certificate to advance in their professions.
