Jody Dugan, RN, BSN
Jody Dugan served as a nursing leader for 15 years and an oncology certified nurse for 10 years. Since 2006, she has been president of a recruiting firm that places professionals in healthcare and other industries. Dugan has worked in inpatient, outpatient, and home health. She was the bone marrow transplant donor coordinator and case manager at Georgetown University Hospital/Lombardi Cancer Center. She has also served as hospital resource nurse, oncology clinician, oncology outpatient coordinator, intravenous therapist/expert, and charge nurse.
Dugan earned a bachelor of science in nursing from the University of Maryland and a diploma in writing from the Institute of Children’s Literature. She has authored several publications.
